Mindful Study Group Workshop

    Donald Altman's Mindful Study group class was an excellent investment of time and money for me. In this harried world, it's a pleasure to work with someone who is capable of educating and calming at the same time. He truly seems to embody that which he is teaching. The class & classmates were stimulating & inspiring. Each week we had very intriguing assignments to help apply what we were learning.
