SHIPPING:

To save on costs, all Books and CDs are shipped via Media Mail.

Meal Cards are usually shipped first class for 3-5 days shipping unless shipped with other products.

Please Allow 5-10 days for delivery after ordering.

**Note: Shipping/Handlling costs are for U.S. delivery only.

If you want a S/H rate for another country or have questions about your order, please Contact Us.

30 DAY PRODUCT RETURN:

Books, CDs and Meal Cards can be returned within 30 days of ordering with the following guidelines:

1) Books are in perfect, New condition

2) CDs and Meal Cards and carrying pouches are still in the original, unopened packaging.

3) 3-Ring binder products, such as 12-Weeks to Mindful Eating Guidebooks and Leaders Guides are non-refundable.

Refunds will equal the product cost less a 20% restocking fee (shipping cost is not refunded). Return shipping is the responsibiltiy of the purchaser. Refunds will be made by check within 4 weeks of product receipt.

NO HASSLE WORKSHOP CANCELLATION:

If you are unable to attend a workshop for any reason, contact us any time prior to the date of the workshop and you can choose from the following options:

1) You can exchange the missed workshop for another one.

2) You can substitute another person to take your place at the workshop.

3) You can get a tuition refund less a 30% cancellation fee.

Refunds will be made by check within 4 weeks of cancellation.
