Do you or someone you know struggle with unbalanced eating? This safe and supportive group can give you the skills to create a healthier relationship with food, weight, and eating. Choose from the weekly, 90-minute long 12-Weeks to Mindful Eating groups, or the 2-day intensive Mindful Eating Boot Camp, which is ideal for couples or friends who want to enjoy this experiential class together. Plus, the intensive boot camp includes a Mindful Lunch on both days.

These are long-term approaches to a new lifestyle and rewiring your brain at a very deep level-- it is not a band-aid diet approach that can lead to failure and loss of self-esteem.
