If you use a mindfulness-based intervention in your work (DBT, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy for depression, mindfulness-based therapy for anxiety, etc.) this course will give you the tools, confidence, and effectiveness you want. For anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of mindfulness, this course is for you.
This workshop will give you an in-depth understanding of mindfulness, research-based information on brain science and stress, and a comprehensive skillset to develop a personal mindfulness practice and bring mindfulness into your relationships, work, classroom, or therapy practice.
This is a very experiential workshop. Included is The Heart of Mindful Living guidebook--a complete mindfulness workbook that includes concepts, research, and skills.
