Description:
This support group is for those individuals who have already taken the 12-Weeks to Mindful Eating Program and want to continue their work to bring mindfulness into food, weight, body, and life.
This support group is about getting TRACTION and using the skills learned during the 12-week group. This is also the time when people really feel they are making progress and entering the change process in a positive way!
Any new skills take time to incorporate into your life, and this support group is focused on doing just that. This is a way to start feeling good and experience the difference that these skills can make in your life in terms of personal joy, fulfillment, and accomplishment.
