CAN I USE THIS?-- This program is designed for anyone who struggles with food and body and weight issues--including those struggling with compulsive eating and emotional eating, those with health issues such as diabetes, etc., that require eating changes, pre or post bariatric surgery patients, and those stuck on the diet treadmill who want to learn a life-long approach.
WHAT WILL I LEARN?-- This is a skills-based program that features 31 unique activities and 27 unique skills in 4 Skill Groups: Mindfulness, Cognitive-behavioral, Normal Eating, and Creating Space Within. (See bottom of page for specific examples of activities and skills)
The program also contains several valuable tracking and worksheet tools such as a Daily Mindful Food Log, Weekly Journal, Daily Skills Tracker, Food Energy Journal, Food Choices Inventory, and guided weekly practices.

HOW DO I USE THE VIDEOS and GUIDE?-- After buying the program, you will receive the 12-Weeks to Mindful Eating Guidebook and CD in the mail, along with instructions on how to access the online videos. All you need to view the videos is a quicktime viewer on your computer, along with high-speed Internet access (because of the large file size).
The program is flexible. Each week contains 2 or 3 video segments that will guide you through the workbook. The program fits with your lifestyle and schedule, so you can cover each week at one sitting, or go through it in segments.
IS THE PROGRAM DIFFICULT? The program is written in easy to understand language. Concepts are down-to-earth. There's nothing complicated to do. Just bring your imagination and your willingness to learn. All you'll need is a pen or pencil. The online videos let you go at your own pace. Watch the video segments as often as you want. While you can use the program alone, you can also purchase 2 or more so you can use it with a friend or family member.
